Asks Donald Trump to get Prince Charles to oppose Cuba.

It has been almost two months since United Kingdom’s Prince Charles and his wife Camilla made their historic visit to Cuba and on Tuesday Florida’s Republican U.S. Sen. Rick Scott renewed his denunciation of the trip and asked President Donald Trump to say something to the Prince about it.

Trump is planning to meet with Prince Charles on the President’s trip to the United Kingdom next month, perhaps on June 3.

In recent weeks Scott has been increasingly expressing his crusade against Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and by extension against Cuba, which supports him, and by extension against anyone who supports Cuba.

On Tuesday he issued a statement declaring that he is asking Trump to talk with Prince Charles about the trip and Cuba, to try to get the United Kingdom to change its diplomatic expansion with Cuba.

In recent weeks, since an uprising emerged in Venezuela, Scott has criticized the European Union, 17 of its member countries including the United Kingdom, and Democratic U.S. Rep. Charlie Crist over their dealings with Cuba. Scott also has suggested a U.S. Navy blockade of Cuba, and U.S. military intervention in Venezuela.

Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, visited Cuba in late March, which included a meeting with Cuba’s leader, Miguel Diaz Canel. They became the first British royals to visit Cuba since before the revolution.

The BBC described the trip as historic, an effort to help form closer ties between the United Kingdom and Cuba.

Scott began criticizing Prince Charles’ trip when it was first announced in February. And now he’s asking Trump to help him get through to Prince Charles.

“Prince Charles’ recent trip to Cuba is in direct conflict with Prime Minister May’s recognition of Juan Guaidó as the legitimate leader of Venezuela. The UK cannot support freedom in Venezuela while at the same time supporting Cuba — the most powerful force propping up Nicolas Maduro as he starves and kills his own people.

“I’m calling on European nations to unite against dictators and cut off ties with Cuba. President Trump should ask Prince Charles to end his support for Cuba and join the United States in the fight for freedom.”

Scott will do ANYTHING for money … so it would be nice if some Dem billionaire (maybe Stier, Bezos, Soros, et. al.) would just freely offer him $300 million or so to resign from the Senate and leave Florida for the rest of his natural life! Like Trump, ‘Red Tide Rick’ creates a lingering stink wherever he happens to be.

Hysterical Rick Scott believes that Prince Charles would take a reprimand from Trump.

Frankly, (U. S.) Sen. Rick Scott can simply go screw himself

Cheers for Prince Charles! I am happy to hear about his Cuba trip! Why doesn’t Rick Scott go after Mexican Coca-Cola interests? They keep Cuba supplied with their product. But then, he probably gets political funding from the Coca-Cola corporation.
