Jay Collins, R-Tampa, at podium, endorses House Bill 543 to eliminate the need for Floridians to have a concealed weapons license when they carry a firearm out of view, Monday at the Capitol in Tallahassee. If approved, House Bill 543 would permit Floridians who are currently qualified to obtain a Concealed Weapons License to carry a concealed gun without a license. Collins, has filled a similar bill in the Senate.
