A historic mansion in Tampa is up for sale for millions.
The Tampa Tribune reports the Stovall-Lee House on Bayshore Boulevard is for sale for $13.9 million, potentially making it one of the largest residential sales in the region.
Built in 1909, the home is named for former owner Wallace Stovall, the founding publisher of The Tampa Tribune. The property spans 2.6 acres and includes an extensive main home, a guest house, fitness and service building, pavilion, conservatory and pergola. The house has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a pool.
Stovall sold the home to the Lee family in 1943. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
