On Monday, Marco Rubio takes his campaign to The Villages, the Central Florida retirement community that has emerged as an important stop for GOP presidential candidates.

After clashes with billionaire Donald Trump, Rubio jabbed the GOP front-runner as “touchy and insecure” during a recent appearance on a Kentucky sports radio show. Polling shows Trump leading both Rubio and Jeb Bush in Florida.

Rubio repeated his attacks later on Fox News’ “O’Reilly Factor,” saying Trump “doesn’t know anything about policy.”

The Villages has become a solid GOP stronghold, with Republican voters outnumbering Democrats 2 to 1.
