On Fox News with Neil Cavuto Thursday, Florida Gov. Rick Scott addressed the question du jour: would he be interested in being Donald Trump‘s VP?

The bait was set by Larry Sabato in the previous segment, who said Scott would be a “perfect ticket filler-outer,” as Cavuto put it.

Perfect or not, Scott says no.

“I have a great job,” Scott said, “and I don’t intend to leave.”

When asked if he’d consent to vetting, Scott said, “I’ll pass.”
