Donald Trump leads Hillary Clinton in Florida, 47 percent to 45 percent, with 8 percent undecided, in a new OnMessage poll released Monday. The group is tied to Rick Scott’s PAC, “Let’s Get to Work,” and appears to skew more conservative than similar polls.

Both candidates are underwater in terms of their personal approval ratings, with Trump at 43/54 percent, and Clinton 42/55 percent.

The survey is a rare one in Florida that shows Rick Scott with a positive approval rating — in this case, 51 percent, versus 44 percent who disapprove of his performance in office.

When asked if they were leaning toward supporting a Republican or a Democrat for Congress this year, 43 percent of Floridians chose a Republican, 40 percent a Democrat, and 18 percent were undecided.

The survey also asked Floridians if they agreed with a recent White House directive that all public schools must allow students who identify as transgender to use the bathroom they want. A majority — 58 percent, said they disagreed with the policy, with only 35 percent supporting it.

Regarding issues, the economy was uber alles. Thirty-one percent said it was the economy, with no other single issue generating more than 8 percent support.

The survey was of 800 likely voters was conducted by On Message between June 26-28. The margin of error for this survey is +/-3.46.

How many times have the people of Florida voted for Scott and now he is down on his knee’s begging for help. Why should WE THE PEOPLE help Florida Voters got what they voted for live with it.
