J.M. “Mac” Stipanovich has entered a new collaboration with public affairs communications firm Sachs Media Group (SMG) on a series of select public affairs and other special projects.
Stipanovich, a lobbyist with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, will consult with SMG on particular public education initiatives, serving clients who can benefit most from extensive public affairs experience.
“I’ve admired ‘Mac’ for a long time and over the years we have enjoyed swapping great stories about being in the middle of some of the most pivotal political events in our state’s modern history,” said Sachs Media Group CEO Ron Sachs. “And we’ve enjoyed working together.”
In the new alliance, Sachs Media will also provide strategic communications counsel to many of Stipanovich’s clients, to deliver their message to lawmakers, policymakers and the court of public opinion.
“Ron and his diverse, talented team have proven – time and again – that they have all of the right skills to deliver the most effective public affairs communications operation in Florida,” Stipanovich said. “I’m excited to be providing and trading counsel for some key clients and special projects.”
As a nationally renowned attorney and lobbyist with more than 30 years experience, Stipanovich is one of the most insightful strategists in both politics and government. He served as an advisor to several Florida governors, as well as chief of staff to former Gov. Bob Martinez.
SMG recently expanded into integrated marketing communications, offering a range of services — advertising, branding, digital and market research.
