St. Johns County Republican Cyndi Stevenson didn’t have the easiest path into office, but the former St. Johns County Commissioner is fundraising like a boss, with a $17,828 October pushing her total haul to $47,712.

Her cumulative churn is minimal: $7,656 spent thus far.

The Disney folks were good to her in October: $3,000 raised from three companies in Lake Buena Vista.

Also maxing out: the Jacksonville Kennel Club and Orange Park Kennel Club, two reliable indicators of who NE Florida power brokers want to win elections, along with Gate Petroleum, the family business of former Jacksonville mayor John Peyton.

Also in the $1,000 club: the Florida Medical Association PAC and the Doctors Company Florida PAC.

Foley and Lardner and the Florida Chamber PAC, meanwhile, went $500 deep for Stevenson.

Stevenson spent $3,346 in October, also, with the bulk of that money going to Front Line Strategies, Webelect, and Contribution Link.
