California Republican U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa will stump on behalf of Sen. Marco Rubio in New Hampshire, the campaign said Monday.
Issa, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is scheduled to make six campaign stops in New Hampshire on Tuesday and Wednesday.
He is scheduled to attend two meet-and-greets — in Wolfeboro and Dover — before visiting a Rochester gun shop Tuesday afternoon. He’ll then end the day at Rubio’s New Hampshire headquarters in Manchester.
On Wednesday, he’ll attend a meet-and-greet in Derry, before heading to Dartmouth College for a meet-and-greet with college Republicans.
Recent polling averages compiled by RealClearPolitics show Rubio is in second place in New Hampshire, behind New York businessman Donald Trump.

Such a warm, appealing man will surely enhance Rubio’s attraction for voters.
