Todd Wilcox accuses Hillary Clinton of serial flag desecration

Florida GOP Senate candidate Todd Wilcox, in a prepared statement Wednesday, linked an American flag on the ground at the Hillary Clinton election night party with a larger pattern of contempt, demonstrated most vividly by the burning of the flag at Benghazi.

Wilcox calls attention to his own military service, having “stood shoulder-to-shoulder on the battlefield with real American heroes defending this great nation – under this flag” and bidding “final salutes to some of those same great American heroes – under this flag,” before explaining the image of the neglected flag at the top of his email (seen at the top of this article).

“Last night The Washington Post [photographed] a disregarded, crumpled up American flag on the floor of Hillary Clinton’s election night headquarters,” Wilcox said.

“As egregious as that is it should come as no surprise considering she let our enemies burn the American flag in Benghazi.”
