“We are blessed to have someone of Rosanne’s professional pedigree join our endeavors,” publisher Peter Schorsch said. “More importantly, she’s a class act who will inspire the best from our reporters, photographers, and other contributors.”
Rosanne and her publications have earned several statewide awards, most recently from the Society of Professional Journalists for feature writing and general excellence, and from the Florida Magazine Association for overall writing quality.
She’s a graduate of the University of Florida’s journalism school and is married to another Gator, Lloyd Dunkelberger. He has been covering state government for 33 years, first for the New York Times regional newspapers and now for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
Their son, Dr. Jay Dunkelberger, lives in Santa Monica, California and engineers stuff in the cloud. Their daughter, Veronica Schultz, lives in Tallahassee. She’s available to keep you looking Session-ready as a stylist at Haute Headz salon.
