On Oct. 4, the candidates in House District 47 and Senate District 13 will square off in a debate at the Tiger Bay Luncheon.
With the election only a month away by that time, Beth Tuura and Mike Miller will talk about what they’ll do for the residents in HD 47, while Linda Stewart and Dean Asher will trade verbal blows and discuss the fine points of their own campaigns.
Greg Fox from WESH Channel 2 will be moderating.

The charge is $40, though free for members of the Tiger Bay Club in good standing. The event will start at 11:30 a.m. with the debate starting at noon.
