Bernie Sanders, Tom Perez bringing rallies tour to Florida next week

U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders and Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez will be coming to Florida some time next week as part of a “Come Together and Fight Back” tour of red and purple states.

National and Florida Democrats say they still are planning the tour and have no details to provide yet about when or where, except the duo will be touring next week – April 17-22 – hitting rallies in allies in Florida, Maine, Kentucky, Nebraska, Utah, Montana, Arizona, and Nevada. They’ll be seeking to unite the party, inspire grassroots activism, and promote the needs of working class families as fundamental planks.

Sanders and Perez will speak out for raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour, pay equity for women, rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure, combatting climate change, making public colleges and universities tuition-free, criminal justice reform, comprehensive immigration reform and tax reform that demands that the wealthy and large corporations pay more of a share of taxes.

When and Where? There was a DNC post when I ran a google search but it demanded a donation before continuing to the page where it might(?) tell me. Typical of the DNC…
