Our apologies

We're sorry.

The facts and the truth are the overarching priority of Florida Politics every day on every story we publish.

We have learned subsequent to publication that we inadvertently fell short of that standard on this story, on multiple fronts. For that mistake, we are deeply apologetic to Dr. Daniel Dosoretz and the other individuals referenced in this story because accuracy always matters. It’s clear that there is no evidence that Dr. Dosoretz caused the bankruptcy of 21st Century Oncology and, in fact, stepped down as CEO nearly two years before any bankruptcy occurred. We erred by relying on inaccurate information.
