Ron DeSantis wonders if ‘Hunter’s cocaine’ was found in the White House

Ron DeSantis
'Does everyone think it's Hunter’s cocaine? Whose cocaine was it?'

Gov. Ron DeSantis has worked cocaine found in the White House into his standard stump speech.

The Florida Governor is musing about who the illicit powder might have belonged to, suggesting that “this cocaine in the White House” belongs to the President’s son, Hunter Biden.

“But was it Hunter’s? Does everyone think it’s Hunter’s cocaine? Whose cocaine was it?”

DeSantis also raised the question of what would have happened if cocaine had been found under a Republican President.

“If that were a Republican White House, man, you’d have a special counsel appointed. They’d want to know who the fingerprints — they’d know everything. Now there’s, ‘Oh we were never going to be able to figure out, you know, you know, what’s going on,'” he suggested.

This is the first time DeSantis mentioned Hunter Biden in connection with the substance found last week.

During an episode of a Tomi Lahren podcast last week, Ron DeSantis ripped the administration for being poor stewards of the public space amid the illicit drug allegations. But he merely nodded Wednesday when Lahren suggested the cocaine may have belonged to Hunter Biden, though the host left an opportunity for him to deliver that kind of line then.

The special counsel trope is also new, developing on previous concerns that federal law enforcement was treating the current President with “kid gloves.”

“Isn’t it interesting how you have this cocaine there? I don’t see the FBI and the Department of Justice mobilizing and doing like a real serious litigation of this. I kind of feel like if they’re a Republican White House that you’d have swarms of (Drug Enforcement Administration) and FBI agents trying to get to the bottom of who brought that into the White House. I think with this, they’re just treating the Joe Biden administration with kid gloves,” DeSantis told the Newsmax audience Thursday.

Hunter isn’t running for office so that’s irrelevant anyway. He ought to focus on his own far right propaganda crack habit that’s gonna leave him politically impotent and radioactive waste. Already he has no shot at the presidency because of his stunts. His reign of stupidity will soon be over.

So sad. Reeking of desperation. He’s really stooping low here. No vision, simply railing against everything and wanting to destroy anyone who does not meet his idea of “normal,”

Of course its Hunters otherwise the secret service would should a tape of the area and they would have already sent Hunters negative cocaine test to CNN , MSNBC , NYT .

My goodness me, Mister Real Native Floridian Thomas Kaspar, where do I begin? Hmmmm. Well, I guess the question is what indigenous tribe do you belong to, Seminole, Calusa, Apalachee, Osceola…? No offense but you sound rather white. Next, have you heard of “its vs. it’s”? It’s a little game I play with the children. It has its educational value. How about “Hunters vs. Hunter’s”? The one you used, Hunters, means more than one man with a gun shooting small animals for food or sport. And your “would should a” is just plain wounded English. That’s not all, but that’s enough for now. Perhaps you are not ready to write for the public just yet, bless your heart.

Moron. Now DeSantis thinks he’s got police or FBI detective skills? Reality is that it’s next to *impossible* to determine from who some loose powder (cocaine or otherwise) came from, especially in a high-traffic area. And he knows he must choose his words VERY carefully if he is to avoid a very expensive lawsuit award. “News”max is a good place for this guy’s “musings”; “The National Enquirer” or – if it were still in existence – “Weekly World News” would be even more appropriate.

Today’s Republicans will say absolutely any stupid conspiracy theory to stay in the news cycle!

……and to think DeSantis blames the media for his failing 20% approval support!

Rhonda must have done something other than their big score of a podcast in the last week.

Let’s use Rhonda’s baseball past as a take on his poll numbers. Rhonda is on 2nd and is headed towards 3rd.

Given their behavior, Rhonda still thinks in terms of baseball, believing it to be good to be heading towards 3rd. But no, Rhonda, this is polling, which is a lot like a beauty pageant or golfing with Saudis where the lower number is better.

1st place is better than 2nd place which is better than 3rd place and Rhonda sinking to 3rd place as fast as they can by getting out and giving people a chance to find out exactly who Rhonda is.

In summary, just keep doing what you’re doing, Ron. It’s perfect!

Hunter could take a drug test anytime and disavow the story with a negative drug test for 30 days and a year in the hair . He can’t . No one but the secret service knows how much time Hunter has been living in the Whitehouse and no one but the secret service knows if Hunter was in the old situation room lately from cameras. Only Hunter would do crazy stuff.

Don’t be so mean to Thomas. Thomas just repeats what he heard on NewsMax. It’s not even Thomas’ fault. It’s Ronald Reagan’s fault for vetoing the Fairness Doctrine passed by Congress after the Murdochs had the FCC repeal its Fairness Doctrine rules.

This isn’t a far right conspiracy. Imagine if that were a republican president…let that sink in a moment. There would be much more investigating. I totally agree and believe it is Hunter Biden’s.

Maybe Ron should consider governing the State he’s getting paid to govern since his successful insurance governance has caused another insurer to leave the State (Farmer’s).
