Ron DeSantis addresses ‘weird’ JD Vance, 2028 plans

Gov. Ron DeSantis is talking 2028 and a potential rival for the Republican nomination, but he’s not being pinned down to specifics.

Florida’s Governor took to Newsmax, where he was asked about Democratic talking points that vice presidential nominee JD Vance is “weird” and what advice DeSantis might give the Ohio Senator, as well as if he had any regrets about the 2024 cycle and not being on Donald Trump’s ticket.

When asked about Vance and the narrative, DeSantis said to ignore the noise.

Democrats “want the election to be about something that the VP candidate said five years ago or something that happened 10 years ago. If we’re arguing on that, then the Democrats are in a better spot,” DeSantis said.

Kamala Harris’ campaign has called Vance “weird and creepy,” while the candidate has been dogged by a false rumor that he performed a sexual act with a sofa in the past, as well as real comments he made condemning ideological opponents as “childless cat ladies.”

Though Vance is getting more scrutiny than any VP candidate since Sarah Palin in 2008, DeSantis says looking ahead to a future election is premature and counterproductive, as is wondering what might have been if he hadn’t run for President in 2024.

“We believe in getting things done. But ultimately, you do that by not worrying about elections two or four years-plus in advance,” DeSantis said. “You worry about what you can do right now to actually deliver big results. And so my hope is, is that we’re successful in 2024 and that Republicans actually capitalize on the opportunity.”

Polling for now says Vance has supplanted DeSantis atop a list of 2028 presidential hopefuls. But the Governor seems good with it.

Rhonda’s calling somebody weird? Oh man.

So, perhaps Jadie didn’t copperlate with the couch, but being that he was allegedly once a 13 year old boy, he copperlated with something(s) untoward; that’s for certain.

Given Jadie’s weird obsession with cats, I’d say they must of regularly nailed the cat all through adolescence until that poor cat met its demise from butt related issues.

Hey Don’t Say. Did you see that takedown the other day by “weird” JD Vance when Ka Mana raised a question about what he has done for America? It will be on a commercial at some point. She should know better than to question a person who served about commitment to this country

Maybe I’ll catch that someday but so far all I got is the Southport child murders, inspired by Jadie Vance, up at the childless cat lady yoga party for kids where some dipstick Vance support decided to kill some little girls who might end up childless cat ladies because yoga was having a Taylor Swift theme day
