As the political world awaited Hillary Clinton’s expected announcement of her candidacy for president on Sunday morning, Jeb Bush opted to fill in the void, releasing a video on his Right to Rise political action committee Facebook page.
“In the coming weeks and months, I look forward to an exchange of ideas and substantive policy proposals,” Bush says in the 50-second shot.
