Jax Finance Committee sets Wednesday budget review schedule

money-shot balanced budget

On Wednesday,  the Jacksonville City Council Finance Committee budget hearings will proceed for the third and final week.

Wednesday’s session begins at 9 a.m, about 12 hours after the regular council meeting Tuesday night.

The big talkers likely will be the Capital Improvement Projects budget and the ever-controversial Banking Fund, which have been allocated 170 and 140 minutes respectively.

Courts, at 20 minutes, and Regulatory Compliance, at 90 minutes, will precede those agenda items.
