Jay Fant, running unopposed, continues quiet but steady fundraising
Rep. Jay Fant

Jay Fant

House District 4 Republican Jay Fant doesn’t appear in danger of facing meaningful opposition, but he continues his slow and steady fundraising, with $3,000 more added to his campaign account in August from four contributors.

Anheuser Busch tapped the bottle, twisted the cap, and poured $500 into the Jacksonville Republican’s campaign account on Aug. 5.

On the same date, Fant drew $1,000 each from the NextEra Energy PAC and the Voice of Florida Business, and another $500 from the House Republican Campaign Committee.

Though they aren’t big numbers, Fant’s donations indicate that the business class is comfortable with the Avondale Republican.
