THEA (Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority) has awarded a three-year marketing and communications contract to the Floridian Partners LLC team, which includes two local marketing and production partners, Playbook Public Relations LLC and Shooting Stars Post Inc.
Floridian Partners LLC, a full-service strategic communications and advocacy firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tallahassee and Tampa, has led numerous successful marketing, communications and advocacy efforts at local, state and federal levels.

By partnering with Playbook Public Relations LLC for THEA’s marketing and communications outreach, the Floridian Partners LLC strategic communications team will showcase THEA’s economic impact and transportation expertise, as the agency strives to provide cohesive transportation solutions for the rapidly growing Tampa Bay region.
