For those of you keeping track at home, the average poll rating of the presidential contenders who attended Florida Gov. Rick Scott‘s second inauguration is 1.1 percent. This number is arrived at by taking New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie‘s 2.2 percent and Rick Perry‘s doughnut and dividing by two.
In retrospect, Scott inviting Christie and Perry, while snubbing Jeb Bush, can officially go down as the first – but not the last – boneheaded move of Scott’s second term.
Presidential candidates looking to campaign in Florida’s March 15 presidential primary might want to consider how poorly Christie and Perry are faring in 2015 before scheduling that next photo-op with Scott.
