Jax City Council to form subcommittee looking at JTA issues
Jacksonville's Skyway.

Skyway

Florida Politics has gotten confirmation that, as Councilman Tommy Hazouri told us, Council President Greg Anderson is planning to form a subcommittee with the express intent of looking at JTA issues, including the Skyway.

“My understanding is that the Council President is planning to form a subcommittee to examine multiple aspects of the JTA,” wrote Anderson’s Executive Council Assistant, Leeann Krieg, in response to a question from this outlet on Wednesday afternoon.

“The Skyway will of course be one of the issues that will be addressed as part of this committee.”

Timeframe?

“Once the budget is finalized Monday evening, we will be looking into the makeup of various subcommittees being discussed.
