CoreMessage, the leading Florida public relations firm, announces the promotion Tuesday of Carrie Patrick, from account manager to Director of Advocacy.
In addition to public relations campaigns and managing accounts, Patrick will also be responsible for grassroots advocacy, coalition building and expanding CoreMessage’s advocacy services

Patrick brings 14 years of experience in the communications, policy, legislative, state government and private industry arenas. Before joining CoreMessage, she worked as a lobbyist with a private-sector public affairs firm, as well as Director of Legislative Affairs for the Florida Lottery. Patrick also was grassroots coordinator for Keystone Automotive and had roles in the offices of Govs. Jeb Bush and Charlie Crist. She also worked on re-election campaigns for President George W. Bush and Gov. Jeb Bush.
Patrick is a Florida State University graduate with a Masters of Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
