Florida Man is Ben Carson's 500,000th contributor

Dustin Brock

Retired neurosurgeon and foreign-policy novice Ben Carson is losing viability with each passing news cycle. Yet the contributions continue to roll in.

The Tallahassee Democrat reported on Tuesday that a Tallahassee resident is the 500,000th person to give money to the Carson campaign.

Dustin Brock, reports the Democrat, was flown from Tallahassee to Las Vegas for a two-day swing through Nevada with the Carson campaign.

“I had a great time with Dr. Carson and enjoyed traveling with the Nevada campaign organization,” Brock said.

Brock, who works for the Leon County Sheriff’s Department, is a licensed gun dealer. Popular in his store currently: the Glock 43, which he describes as “one of the best guns of 2015.”
