December fundraising in HD 11 revealed Donnie Horner ahead of the pack, followed by Sheri Treadwell, and four Republicans lagging behind.
Horner’s $5,400 December pushed total funds raised up to $89,800. The bulk of his contributions were from Jacksonville attorneys.
Horner has spent just over $15,000, including $4,641 in December. $3,912 of that went to Data Targeting.
Treadwell’s fundraising hit a holiday lull. $3,500 raised in September pushed her total raised up to $63,925.
Former Duval County Property Appraiser Jim Overton, who had flirted with a run for Jacksonville mayor before the emergence of Lenny Curry, followed the lead of current Property Appraiser Jerry Holland, and gave $500. The rest of Treadwell’s money came in 3 $1,000 chunks from the same Fernandina Beach address.
Treadwell has spent under $7,000, and none of that in December.
Gun enthusiast Cord Byrd had a strong December by the standard of the two leaders, with $4,500 raised pushing him close to the $30,000 mark (against almost $10,000 spent).
$3,500 of that came from outside the district; $2,500 from Tallahassee and another $1,000 from Vero Beach.
Tom Taylor, Barry Holloway, and Jack Daniels all lagged behind, with Taylor and Daniels raising nothing in December, and Holloway raising $125.
