U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio has two rallies in Florida set for Tuesday evening. Sarasota and the Nocatee Town Center in St. Johns County will experience “Marcomentum” after a victory Sunday in the 23-delegate Puerto Rico primary.
The Sarasota rally starts 5 p.m. at Dolphin Aviation Hangar at 8191 N. Tamiami Trail. Doors open at 4 p.m.
From there, Rubio flies northeast, to the Nocatee Town Center Field at 100 Marketside Ave. in Ponte Vedra.
Rubio will be in Florida when four states decide with 150 delegates up for grabs: Hawaii, with a caucus, and Idaho, Michigan, and Mississippi with primaries.
Of those three, only Idaho is the a closed primary.
Trump leads the delegate count at 392, Ted Cruz is second at 305, and Rubio hangs back in third place with 153 delegates so far.
