Ahead of other rallies in the state Thursday, Bernie Sanders will rally at the University of Florida in Gainesville Thursday morning.
Doors open at 8, and attendees will Feel The Bern at 11, when the septuagenarian socialist Senator speaks at the University South Village Field.
“Just so we’re clear,” claims the announcement, “Bernie WILL be at this rally and he will be speaking. He won’t be around for any photo ops due to secret service protection but he will be HERE, IN GAINESVILLE!”
