The Foundation of Associated Industries of Florida announced that Cindy Mann, the former deputy director of the Center for Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program, will deliver the keynote address at the 2016 Florida Health Care Affordability Summit next month.
“We are honored that Cindy Mann, one of the nation’s preeminent authorities on health care policy and reform, will be joining us as the keynote speaker at the 2016 Florida Health Care Affordability Summit,” AIF President Tom Feeney said. “With more than 30 years of experience in federal and state health policy, Cindy will deliver thought-provoking insights and predictions on the future of the health care landscape, and we are truly looking forward to her being a part of this year’s summit.”
Mann is known as a leader in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and has more than 30 years of experience in health policy at the state and federal levels. Her speech will include insights and predictions on the future of the health care landscape.
FAIF also announced Lars Houmann, who has held many leadership roles at Florida Hospital during his career, will be the opening speaker of the 2016 summit.
