Monday evening’s meeting of the Duval County Republican Executive Committee features Senate candidate Carlos Beruff.
The homebuilder from Manatee has been in the Jacksonville market since beginning his campaign during a tour of media markets, doing an interview with FloridaPolitics.com in which he asserted that if he got a chance to “talk to taxpayers,” he could get 80 percent of the vote.
