charles van zant

Despite being termed outHD 19 Representative Charles Van Zant, will hold a town hall in Middleburg

The meeting is 4 p.m. Saturday at the MorningStar Church.

“The objective,” claims the Facebook invite, “is to inform the constituents of what is going on in Tallahassee: updates in the legislature, progress made, progress to be made, political issues on the horizon.”

There will be light refreshments available.

Though Van Zant is termed out, his wife Katherine is dominating the HD 19 money race, with $130,000 raised through March, and $108,000 on hand … more than Republican primary opponents Leslie Dougher and Bobby Payne have combined, at $38,000 and $56,000 respectively.
