Florida State University head football coach Jimbo Fisher and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, a former FSU player, visited survivors of the Orlando shooting and their families Wednesday.

Gov. Rick Scott‘s office announced the visit in a press release. The men were at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

“Coach Fisher, Jameis and all of the individuals who have traveled to Orlando to meet with these strong survivors and their families have displayed an incredible amount of love and kindness,” Scott said in a statement. “With each visit, these survivors hear the support and hope that is pouring in from across the world, and we will continue to pray for their quick recovery.”

Winston and Fisher won a national championship against the Auburn Tigers in 2013, a season in which the Seminoles were undefeated. Winston also was the youngest player to win the Heisman Trophy, for outstanding college football play, also in 2013.

Other visitors this week include Heisman winner and former Florida Gator Tim Tebow; retired basketball megastar Shaquille O’Neal, who once played for the Orlando Magic; Orlando City Soccer Club captain Ricardo Kakà and pro baseball outfielder Johnny Damon, who went to high school in the Orlando area.
