Rep. Patrick Murphy is promising voters to “never stop working” for them in a new TV spot.

The 30-second spot, called “Office,” highlights Sen. Marco Rubio’s attendance record. In the advertisement, Murphy says the Miami Republican “too often … didn’t show up and failed us when he did.”

“To get things done, you have to show up. You have to work together,” he says in the advertisement. “Whether it’s protecting Social Security and women’s healthcare or growing the economy, we’ve got to start solving problems instead of pointing fingers.”

Murphy then says he’ll “never stop working for you.”

Rubio’s attendance came under scrutiny during his presidential run, when opponents attacked his voting record. According to GovTrack, Rubio missed 234 of 1,633 roll call votes, or about 14 percent, between January 2011 and September 2016. GovTrack shows he missed the most votes between October 2015 and December 2015.

“Patrick Murphy has no significant accomplishments of his own, so he’s lying about Marco’s record just like he lied about his own resume,” said Michael Ahrens, a Rubio spokesman in a statement. “Actually getting results in Congress is something Patrick Murphy knows nothing about considering he’s never even sponsored a bill that’s been signed into law. Florida already has a senator with a strong record of fighting for them, and that’s why they’re going to re-elect Marco in November.”

Murphy, according to GovTrack, missed 63 of 2,481 roll call votes, or about 2.5 percent, between January 2013 and September 2016.

“For Florida families across this state, their jobs aren’t optional. They show up and work hard, but for too long Marco Rubio has failed to do the same,” Murphy said in a statement Monday. “Marco Rubio abandoned his job to pursue his political ambition and earned the worst voting record of any Florida senator in nearly 50 years. When he did show up, he fought for special interests instead of Floridians and took reckless stances on women’s health and gun violence prevention.”
