The legislative wheel keeps on spinning.

With a tip of the hat to LobbyTools, here are the latest movements — both on and off — the legislative merry-go-round.

On and off: Luke Strickland replaced Robert Shave as deputy staff director for the Senate Majority Office. David Struhs is no longer a legislative analyst in the office.

On and off: Rael Candelaria has replaced Tempie Sailors as an administrative assistant in the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and Economic Development.

On: Michelle Milligan is the new committee administrative assistant for the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Environment, and General Government.

On: President Bill Galvano appointed Toni Azinger to the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking Direct-Support Organization Board of Directors, per HB 851.

Off: Madeline Reeve is no longer an administrative assistant in the Senate Commerce and Tourism Committee.

Off: Kasey Lewis is no longer a legislative assistant to Boynton Beach Democratic Sen. Lori Berman.

On and off: Jeffrey Scala is out as a legislative assistant, and Angel Gonzalez is in as district secretary to Plantation Democratic Sen. Lauren Book.

Off: Travaris McCurdy is no longer a legislative assistant to Orlando Democratic Sen. Randolph Bracy.

On and off: Cynthia Harigel is in, and Jennifer Biggs and Cynthia Harigel are out as legislative assistants to Pensacola Republican Sen. Doug Broxson.

On and off: Shawn Hall is no longer a legislative assistant to Tampa Democratic Sen. Janet Cruz. John Learn has become Cruz’s district secretary.

Off: Nicholas Alvarez will no longer be a legislative assistant to Miami Republican Sen. Anitere Flores starting in September.

On and off: Shruti Graf replaced Robert Heere as a legislative assistant to Brandon Republican Sen. Tom Lee. Graf was formerly deputy staff director for the Senate Committee on Education.

On and off: Kaitlyn Currey and Frank DiMarco are the new legislative assistants to Melbourne Republican Sen. Debbie Mayfield. Patrick Steele and Margaret Mitchell are no longer Mayfield’s legislative assistants.

On and off: Adriana Mitchell is out as a secretary, Robert Vogan is out as a legislative assistant, and Kennen Vernon and Suzanne McGuire are in as legislative assistants to Gainesville Republican Sen. Keith Perry.

Off: Jared Willis is no longer a legislative assistant to Naples Republican Sen. Kathleen Passidomo.

Off: Marian Dozier is no longer legislative assistant to West Palm Beach Democratic Sen. Bobby Powell.

On and off: Jocelyn Absher is out, and Christopher Nordstrom is in as a legislative assistant to Boca Raton Democratic Sen. Kevin Rader.

Off: Laura Jimenez and Daniela Fernandez are no longer legislative assistants to Miami Democratic Sen. Jose Javier Rodriguez.

On and off: Luis Callejas is out, and Julian Santos and Valentina Guerrero are in as legislative assistants for Miami Democratic Sen. Annette Taddeo.

Off: Will Rodriguez is no longer a senior adviser in the House Speaker’s Office.

On and off: Chris Perrigan and Cameron Pennant are no longer with the House Majority Office. Brooke Evans is a new legislative research assistant, and Ryan Larson is a new legislative analyst.

Off: Marisol Samayoa is no longer the communications director in the House Minority Leader’s Office.

On: Kirsten D’Souza is a new legislative research assistant to the House Education Committee.

Off: Breanna Kim is no longer administrative support for the House Criminal & Civil Justice Subcommittees.

On: Frank Moehrle became an attorney to the Oversight, Transparency & Public Management Subcommittee.

On and off: Alicia Trexler replaced Eliza Hawkins as deputy staff director for the House Appropriations Committee.

Off: Tony Lloyd is no longer budget chief for the House Higher Education Appropriations Subcommittee.

Off: Jamie Royal is no longer an attorney for the House Health & Human Services Committee.

On and off: Alexandra Moore is in, and Kimberly Shugar is out as Policy Chief for the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Subcommittee. Moore was formerly an attorney for the House Oversight, Transparency & Public Management Subcommittee.

On and off: Madison Taylor replaced Jeffrey Hawes as district secretary for Lithia Republican Rep. Mike Beltran.

On: Makia Calloway is the new district secretary to Miami Democratic Rep. James Bush III.

On and off: Lisa White is no longer district secretary for Neptune Beach Republican Rep. Cord Byrd. Lisa White is a new district secretary in Byrd’s office.

Off: Nicholas Cannon is no longer district secretary to Delray Beach Republican Rep. Mike Caruso.

On: Stephanie Desir-Jean is a new district secretary for Coral Springs Democratic Rep. Dan Daley.

Off: Joelise Tillman-Josey is no longer a legislative assistant to Jacksonville Democratic Rep. Kimberly Daniels.

On and off: Opal Bryant replaced Kiaira Nixon as a district secretary to Jacksonville Democratic Rep. Tracie Davis.

On: Tory Renza is a new district secretary to Naples Republican Rep. Byron Donalds.

On and off: Rosario Duran is out, and Anthony Jimenez is in as a new legislative assistant to Tampa Democratic Rep. Fentrice Driskell.

On: Eric Schau is a new district secretary for Cape Coral Republican Rep. Dane Eagle.

Off: Vance Coley is no longer a legislative assistant for DeLand Republican Rep. Elizabeth Fetterhoff.

On and off: Austin Nicklas replaced Brooke Evans as a legislative assistant to Jacksonville Republican Rep. Jason Fischer. Nicklas previously worked for Sen. Aaron Bean.

On and off: Justin Gendler is out, and Brittany Sullivan is in as a district secretary to Davie Democratic Rep. Mike Gottlieb.

On: Patrick Steele is a new legislative assistant, Kim Simon is returning as district aide, and Jim Orchard is a new district secretary (Orchard will be returning to FSU and interning in the 2020 Session) to Tampa Republican Rep. James Grant.

On and off: Thomas Knight and Jordan Corona are in and Kavanjote Birdi are out as district secretaries to Miami Beach Democratic Rep. Michael Grieco. Gianfranco Puppio is no longer a legislative assistant in Grieco’s office.

On and off: Santia Calixte and Nephtalie Jacques are out as district secretaries, Kayla vanWieringen is out as a legislative assistant, and Kersti Myles is in as legislative assistant to North Miami Democratic Rep. Dotie Joseph.

On and off: Vicky Summerhill is out as a legislative assistant, and Alexander Alt is in as district secretary, in Hudson Republican Rep. Amber Mariano‘s office.

On and off: James Deen is a new district executive assistant to Rep. Stan McClain. Bradley Wildman is no longer McClain’s executive secretary.

Off: Marcello Fischer is no longer a district secretary for Orlando Democratic Rep. Amy Mercado.

On and off: Delphine Billups is out, and Sam Jenkins is in as a district secretary to St. Petersburg Democratic Rep. Newt Newton.

On: Connor Mortell is a new district secretary to Palm City Republican Rep. Toby Overdorf.

On and off: Sheri Kotzum replaced Kristie Johnson as a district secretary to Destin Republican Rep. Mel Ponder. Connie Mullis is no longer senior executive secretary in Ponder’s office.

Off: Pam Nickell is no longer a district secretary to Bradenton Republican Rep. Will Robinson.

Off: Frances Whidden is no longer a district secretary to Estero Republican Rep. Ray Rodrigues.

On: Preston Wilson is a new legislative assistant, and Rachel Higgs is a new district secretary, to Port St. Joe Republican Rep. Jason Shoaf.

On and off: Rochelle Rego is out, and Sharon Potts is in as a district secretary for Merritt Island Republican Rep. Tyler Sirois.

On: Jack Anderson is a new legislative assistant to Boca Raton Democratic Rep. Emily Slosberg.

On: Kia Cuttino is a new district secretary to Windemere Democratic Rep. Geraldine Thompson.

Off: Anna Breedlove and Jennifer Griffith are no longer legislative assistants to Gulfport Democratic Rep. Jennifer Webb.

On and off: Sydney Fowler moved from district secretary for Rep. Alex Andrade to legislative assistant to Pace Republican Rep. Jayer Williamson, replacing Sarah Green.

On and off: David Allen moved from district secretary to legislative assistant, and Jennifer Contreras moved from legislative assistant to district secretary, in Jacksonville Republican Rep. Clay Yarborough‘s office.
