Don’t underestimate Pam Bondi

Bondi is one of the most telegenic, determined and driven elected officials to ever hold office in Florida.

Floridians know Pam Bondi as the former Attorney General, Americans know her as a frequent guest on Fox News, and now the world knows her as the latest addition to President Donald Trump’s legal team.

But there’s more to her than that.

Bondi is one of the most telegenic, determined and driven elected officials to ever hold office in Florida.

She’s also pretty tough, thanks to spending nearly two decades on the front lines in the State Attorney’s Office.

Countless times over those years she was called on to convey to the public what had happened when a drug deal went bad, a child was kidnapped, or a loved one was lost in a brutal tragedy.

She even made combating human trafficking one of her top priorities during her time as Attorney General.

And each time, she held the hand of those who suffered the unthinkable by those whose callousness and brutality bore no rhyme or reason. Bondi took those moments personally and felt obligated to bring those responsible to justice, whoever they were, wherever they were

That plays into possibly her best qualities: She’s empathetic, genuine and personable.

Nearly everyone she comes across — fellow attorneys general, lawyers, public leaders, and everyday people — describes her as “personable,” “friendly” and “nice.”

In short, she’s everything Trump is not.

In Florida, a state that favors the President more than most, his approval ratings are slipping and support for impeachment is rising. A recent poll found the impeachment inquiry is in positive territory: 49 percent of voters support it compared to 42 percent opposing.

As of now, his impeachment seems like a certainty. Betting odds — a less scientific measure, to be sure — are skyrocketing. Whether due to ineptitude or genuine lawlessness, a sea of poor decisions by Trump and those close to him led to his current predicament.

Bondi’s hire is the first good decision the White House has made in the two months since House Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched the impeachment inquiry.

Time will tell whether she can right the ship. But I wouldn’t bet against her.

Total slime ball that sold the racing greyhound industry down the river for her own profit by knowingly lying about the industry. She should rot in hell.

Pam Bondi’s voice last year with the CRC got a lot of things on the Florida constitution that should NOT be there. Things that should be legislative instead, and things that consistently passed animal welfare checks. How many “amendments” does Florida need! She is willing to push and say whatever needs to be heard, in order to get her way. That, I do not trust.

    Re: Pam Bondi

Under true color of law Hon. A.G. Pam Bondi could’ve stopped “Santuary Cities” in Florida by arresting those officials! Nothing in Black Law under “Santuary City!”

Just how “genuine” is she when she decided to not join the lawsuit against Trump after his big campaign donation? I will say she is blond, white, and attractive – perfect fit for his Faux news brainwashed base.

Will the real Pam Bondi please stand up? Yes. Will she be the “Washington Lawyer” to ho along to get along by furthering her career? Or, will Pam Bondi be the Constitutional hawk ravaging all “Democratic-Socialists in her path?

I don’t know what Pam Bondi you’re referring to but she is anything but personable, friendly or nice. She’s a vicious bitch who doesn’t care about people’s lives she ruins.

Pam Bondi has proven she’s more than willing to lie if it gets the results she wants. She’s absolutely not to be trusted, President Trump!
