Personnel note: Tally fro-yo owner named new AHCA Comm Director

There’s a new communications director at the state Agency for Health Care Administration.

Katherine Riviere was hired January 7 for the position paying $72,001.80. At press time, Riviere’s state application was not available.

In a November 5 FSUNews.com story, Riviere said she has experience in public relations working for the London Olympics. She also is co-owner of PomBerry, a Tallahassee frozen yogurt shop.

Riviere replaces former Communications Director Michelle Dahnke, who has moved to Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Florida Department of Financial Services.
