Representative Patrick Murphy announced two senior hires for his campaign for the U.S. Senate in 2016. Josh Wolf will serve as campaign manager, and Mandi Karp will serve as Finance Director.
Wolf most recently served as Campaign Manager for Steve Grossman’s campaign for Governor in Massachusetts. In 2012, he managed Congressman Ami Bera’s successful campaign in California – one of the most high profile congressional elections in the country. In 2013, he received ‘Campaigns & Elections’ Rising Star Award.
“This is one of the more important Senate races in the country, and Josh has the experience to help us win next November,” said Murphy. “I’m very happy that he has joined our team, and I look forward to working with him as we begin to share our message with the entire State of Florida.”
Mandi Karp will serve as Finance Director. For the 2014 election cycle, Mandi served as Finance Director of Rep. Murphy’s successful House campaign where he raised over $5.3 million for his House campaign, one of the top House fundraisers of cycle. Prior to this, Mandi worked on a number of targeted House races across the country.
“For the last two years, Mandi has worked with me to ensure we have the resources we need to get our message out to the people of Florida’s 18th District,” said Rep. Murphy. “As one of the top fundraisers of the cycle, we were able to run one of the most efficient campaigns in the country, and I’m glad Mandi is staying on our team as we begin this campaign for the U.S. Senate.”
