Orlando’s chief tourism agency says it is launching a new marketing campaign centered on collecting the memories from tourists

The Orlando Sentinel reports Visit Orlando announced the global effort Sunday at the U.S. Travel Association IPW convention.

The campaign began Sunday, but the agency won’t officially begin advertising for it until August. The website OrlandoStories.com is already live and will later begin accepting submissions from tourists.

In April, Visit Orlando reported that more than 62 million visitors came to Orlando in 2014, making the theme-park mecca the most-visited tourist destination in the U.S.

Tourism officials said the tourists contributed $200 million in hotel tax collections for Orange County last year, also a record.
