HD 19 Leslie Dougher with $22K July
Leslie Dougher is running again.

Leslie-Dougher

Former RPOF Chair Leslie Dougher is the third entrant in a three way primary for the HD 19 Republican nomination, against Katherine Van Zant and Bobby Payne.

Her first month in the race, July, showed that she may have staying power; Dougher raised $22,796, slightly outperforming Van Zant in the same period.

Her broad donor base is largely located in Orange Park and Clay County, and very few of these donors maxed out.

Familiar names in her donor pool include Friends of Cliff Stearns, the Jacksonville Kennel Club, and the Orange Park Kennel Club.

Van Zant seems to have a corner on the Northeast Florida political establishment; Dougher’s bet, meanwhile, has been on monetizing and capitalizing on a Clay-centric vibe.
