Mike Williams to highlight NO-FLAC constitutional officers forum in Jacksonville

The Northeast Florida Accountability Forum Corp. plans a forum for constitutional officers and candidates called “Constitutionally, What’s *Your* Understanding Of Your Oath; and Of Your Duties, Obligations, and Responsibilities To Your Constituents?” at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Jacksonville,

The forum will be held at the Legends Center at 5054 Soutel Drive.

Event organizer Eunice Barnum said in an email that the group is inviting “the Duval Delegation, the First Coast Delegation,  Mayor Lenny Curry,  Sheriff Mike Williams,  the Judges, Public Defender Matt Shirk, State Attorney Angela Corey, as well as others who are running for elected positions.”

Barnum confirmed Monday morning that Williams and Shirk will attend., as well as Judge Gary Flower, state House candidate Leslie Jean Bart, and state attorney candidate Wes White

Curry and Corey may attend, although they haven’t made firm confirmations.

Barnum said, of the event that “this is definitely a conversation that needs to be held.”
