Latanya Peterson leaves Lenny Curry administration

LaTanya Peterson

FloridaPolitics.com has learned that LaTanya Peterson resigned her position with the Lenny Curry administration late last week.

Peterson, a former director of African-American voter outreach for the RPOF, is the first high profile departure from the administration.

Peterson had been serving in intergovernmental affairs, as a liaison between the mayor’s office and City Council.

Speaking on behalf of the mayor’s office, Marsha Oliver confirmed that Peterson resigned last week, and there had not been any determinations made regarding the Intergovernmental Affairs Position she vacated.
