Naples attorney Joe Davidow raised more than $3,000 in December, bringing his 2015 fundraising total to more than $23,000.
Campaign finance reports show Davidow, who is running for the House District 80 seat, raised $3,750 in December. The Naples Republican received $1,000 donations from Roland Martin’s Marina in Clewiston and DeAngelis Construction in Naples, plus several $500 donations.
Davidow spent $259.10 in December, $200 of it on campaign services.
Since opening his campaign account in June, Davidow has raised $23,279. He’s spent $3,590 during the same time period.
Davidow faces Naples Republican Byron Donalds in the August primary to replace Rep. Matt Hudson. December fundraising totals for Donalds’ campaign were not immediately available Monday.
Democrat John Lundin is also running. Campaign finance reports show he raised no money during the month-long period, but spent $17.
Hudson, who can’t run for re-election because of term limits, is running for state Senate.
