The Republican-friendly Northeast Florida chapter of NAIOP, a Trade association for developers, owners and investors in industrial, office and related commercial real estate, intends to honor Jacksonville CAO Sam Mousa with an award.
Mousa will receive the Community Service award in a March 10 ceremony to be held at the Garden Club of Jacksonville.
The award will be part of “an evening Honoring Excellence in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for 2015,” according to NAIOP.
This event is open to members and nonmembers and their guests.
One of NAIOP’s roles is to be the legislative voice for that sector. The award signals that the commercial real estate industry, and its deep-pocketed donors, are on lock for the Lenny Curry administration.
