Susannah Randolph has received the endorsement of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry union in her pursuit of the Democratic nomination to run for Congress in District 10.

The Union’s Local 803 has more than 700 working and retired members in Central Florida, with the majority living in CD 9, according to a press release issued by Randolph’s campaign.

“Our nearly one thousand members in Central Florida deserve a representative who will fight for fair paying jobs and stand up for working families, UA Local 803 Business Manager Brad Grabill said. “Susannah has a record of standing strong for our workers and we know she will continue to do so in Congress.”

Randolph is in a tough race to succeed Democratic U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson of Orlando to represent the district, which leans Democratic. Also in the race are state Sen. Darren Soto of Orlando, businesswoman Valleri Crabtree, Dr. Dena Minning, former state Rep. Ricardo Rangel and Jason Borders.
