The latest series of Community Conversations from the Lenny Curry administration wraps Monday evening. And Council Vice President Lori Boyer will be featured.

“The series of Community Conversations addressing public safety concludes today as Mayor Lenny Curry hosts Our Health: Addressing Needs and Disparities in Communities,” asserts the release from the mayor’s office.

Other panelists include Dr. Kelli Wells of the Department of Health; Cindy Funkhouser of The Sulzbacher Center; AnneMarie Knight of the Mayo Clinic; and Dr. John Assi of Edward Waters College.

They “will identify health-related challenges and issues plaguing our city, and the efforts being done to establish resources and support.”

Worth watching: Boyer’s words, as she prepares to ascend to the Council presidency. Will she offer clues as to what her year will look like in terms of public health initiatives?

Those on hand at WJCT this evening will find out.
