‘Beaches Biz’ endorses experienced hands in Jax Beach Council races

The JAXBIZ subcommittee Beaches Biz gave the Jax Chamber seal of approval to two incumbents and another candidate with experience in Jacksonville Beach City Council races Tuesday.

Incumbents Christine Hoffman and Phil Vogelsang got the nod in At Large Seats 1 and 2.

In At Large Seat 3, former Councilman Tom Taylor, who was on the council from 2008 to 2014, got the backing.

Why? Experience counts.

“We need trusted, experienced leaders who can provide a steady hand on the Jacksonville Beach City Council in a time of growth,” JAXBIZ Chair Denise Wallace said. “We believe all three candidates have the knowledge and expertise to serve our community well.”
