A statewide association representing the management company professionals who oversee homeowners associations has endorsed Republicans David Smith and Anthony Sabatini and Democrat Anna Eskamani in three Central Florida races for open Florida House seats.

The endorsements come from the Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies, which represent 18,000 licensed professional community association managers who manage more than 14,000 community associations involving six million Florida homeowners.

Smith, of Winter Springs, is running in Florida House District 28 against Democrat Lee Mangold of Casselberry for the district covering northeast Seminole County.

Sabatini, of Howey in the Hills, is running in Florida House District 32 against Democrat Cynthia Brown of Groveland, for a district covering most of Lake County, except the northeast.

Eskamani, of Orlando, is running in Florida House District 47 against Republican Stockton Reeves of Winter Park, for a district covering north and central Orange County.

Eskamani put out a news release, in which she said, “There is nothing more important to me than understanding the unique needs of our district, and supporting the growth and well-being of all Floridians. Affordable housing alongside ensuring safe neighborhoods are both priorities for me, and I am humbled to have earned the trust of the Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies.”
