The Florida Bar tried to suspend Chris Crowley over campaign rhetoric. The Florida Supreme Court will decide soon if his words were protected free speech.
Rep. Randy Fine was among those who championed the law, which came amid concerns that doctors could lose their licenses for speaking out about COVID-19 vaccines and other treatments.
The esteemed law school 'yielded to the progressive mob, abandoned free speech, and created a hostile environment,' Ilya Shapiro wrote upon his resignation.
