Carlos Trujillo raised more than $25,000 in December for his House District 105 re-election bid.
Campaign finance records show Trujillo brought in $25,250 in December. The vast majority of that money, about $23,000, was raised on a single day: Dec. 15.
Donors to the Miami Republican’s campaign included Walgreens Co., Abbott Laboratories and Senior Care Pharmacy, Inc. He also received donations from United Health Group, Inc. and Northport Health Services of Florida.
Trujillo spent $781.58 during the one-month period. Records show he spent $354 on a fundraising event at The Edison in Tallahassee and $427 for campaign ads on Facebook.
Since filing for re-election in December 2014, Trujillo has raised $97,712. His campaign has spent $13,798.
Trujillo is currently running unopposed in HD 105, which spans the width of the state and includes parts of Broward, Collier and Miami-Dade counties.
