The super PAC supporting John Kasich is hitting Marco Rubio for his 2013 vote against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act.

As first reported by Politico, the 30-second spot is paid for by New Day for America, a pro-Kasich super PAC, and is part of a $1 million ad buy. The advertisement is set to begin airing in New Hampshire on Tuesday, and features a clip of New Hampshire Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte speaking about the need to reauthorize the bill.

“If you are a victim of violence then you should, first of all get all the support you need and deserve … and also the defendants that commit these crimes need to be held accountable,” she is shown saying. “We need to reauthorize the violence against women act. This continues to be a critical need in our country.”

Text then appears on the screen.

“Seventy-eight senators, including every female, supported the Violence Against Women Act,” the text reads. “Who voted against it? Marco Rubio.”

According to Politico, Rubio and 21 other senators voted against the reauthorization. He expressed support for most of the bill, but, according to Politico, opposed the final measure because of provisions that diverted funding from domestic violence initiatives to ones focused on sexual assault.

Kasich is in second place in New Hampshire, with 12 percent support. Donald Trump leads the pack with 32 percent. Rubio is fifth place, according to New Hampshire polling averages compiled by RealClearPolitics.

The New Hampshire primary is Feb. 9.
