Jerry Bullard, a Democrat from Jasper, filed to run in the HD 10 race earlier in February.
Bullard will be the second Democrat, opposing Rick Schutte. The incumbent, meanwhile, is Republican Elizabeth Porter.
Bullard is known for the Bullard Brothers Farm, “a small organization in the crop farms industry located in White Springs, FL with 1 full time employee and an estimated $60,000 in annual revenue.”
Schutte has been in the race for a few months now, yet through four filings up until December, he had yet to raise money.
Porter has raised just over $26,000 thus far, through December. She has just under $18,000 cash on hand.
